Transportation Sandbridge Rd Seaboard Rd Elbow Rd-Phase 1 Elbow Rd-Phase 2 Lesner Bridge Shore Drive Corridor Lesner Bridge — MAP is conducting environmental studies including NEPA documents in the Lesner bridge area. As part of the study, we investigate wetlands, water quality, cultural resources and shellfish and finfish associated with the proposed bridge over the Lynnhaven Inlet. Land Development VMASC Project Chesapeake Town Center Patrick Henry Marketplace Broad Creek Renaissance Point Chesapeake Sanctuary at False Cape Chesapeake Town Center — We assisted Kahn Development in obtaining Federal and State environmental permits. Parks & Recreation Mt. Trashmore West Neck Creek Munden Pt. Park Hutton Lane Carolanne Farms Mt. Trashmore — Since 2000, MAP has performed wetland compliance studies on Lake Trashmore. Waterfront Norfolk Cruise Terminal CEC Coal Vessel Appomattox River Sanctuary at False Cape Norfolk Cruise Terminal — MAP investigated Federal, State and local permit requirements for the Cruise Terminal. Utilities Wilkinson Rd Salem Rd Smithfield Foods Smithfield Foods — We are advisors to Smithfield Foods on matters relating to wetlands and water quality. Mitigation Pescara Creek Appomattox River HRSD-VIP SugarHill, Portsmouth Princess Anne High School Paradise Creek Pescara Creek — In conjunction with the City of Norfolk and the Elizabeth River Project, we prepared a comprehensive wetlands compensation and storm water management plan.
