Autumn in Edenton !
Earlier this month – on September 22 – we witnessed the start of Fall. Also known as the Autumnal equinox, the first day of Fall marks the day when we enjoy roughly equal hours of daylight and darkness.
Members of MAP Environmental Inc. said hello to Fall by visiting the Inner Banks of North Carlina and the charming coastal town of Edenton. Known for its tourism and waterfront amenities, Edenton also boasts an extraordinary historic village, vibrant boating, and a rich fishing industry. In fact, during our final day, we chatted with a recreational fisherman who educated us on the art of angling in the Albemarle Sound and even pointed out a huge fan favorite – the jumping mullets !
These were all on full display during our recent visit to a place we not only frequent for environmental business but also but also enjoy for a leisure visit and weekend of pleasure.
Thank you, Edenton !
