Earlier this August, MAP Project Manager Andrew and enjoyed an adaptive sports weekend in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, full of adventure and excitement !

As part of the weekend, Andrew’s children, Maria (13 years old) and Andrew Joseph (9 years old) both participated in adaptive golf at Top Golf in Virginia Beach, where they learned to use new technology, enabling golfers of all abilities to hit the greens!

To top off the weekend, they both enjoyed the beautiful weather and environment down at Oak Grove Lake Park in Chesapeake, where they were given the opportunity to waterski with the help of the Adaptive Water Sports (a local nonprofit) crew !

Maria and Andrew can’t wait to get back out on the water again!
