Earlier this month, MAP again participated in the Church of the Ascension’s 19^th Annual Golf Classic at Heron Ridge Club in Virginia Beach.  This golf tournament and major fund-raising event, founded by our company’s president in 2003, has raised over $250,000 over the past nineteen (19) years. This year’s event, held May 13^th, garnered over one hundred (100) golfers and nearly sixty (60) corporate, individual and family sponsors (shown below).  The event promoters and volunteers are deeply indebted to these many generous golfers, sponsors, and donors.

This year’s event grossed an impressive $23,000, the net income of which will be used by the Church of the Ascension to help fund its youth ministry for various educational, training, and missionary activities. As part of its overall mission, MAP intends to continue supporting this important ministry and remains dedicated and committed to this highly successful and wonderful fund-raising event!
