Dear Friends,

As we conclude February, we now set our sights on what looks to be a very promising month of March.  With the onset of daylight savings time, St Patrick’s Day, and the beginning of Spring, there are many positive and encouraging initiatives and infrastructure projects scheduled to occur in the coming months in our region.

From a business perspective, we are particularly excited about the imminent renovation of the Katherine House on the beautiful campus of Hampton University; our engagement with the City of Virginia Beach for its Wetlands and Floodplains Restoration Projects, including the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River; important roadway and transportation projects in the City of Chesapeake, and several capital improvement projects in Suffolk, including the proposed Seaboard Coastline Trail project.
